IG is traditionally a first mover into the areas we identify for high potential mineral discovery. We are closely followed by a group of loyal investors that share in the risk, the vision, the challenges and the successes as we explore and discover the minerals at the foundation of our global economy.
As we develop these projects and their asset value increases, we continue to fund these projects, expanding our investor base primarily through private placements and joint ventures.
We have the expertise and network to take projects through to development and production, though most often our exploration and discovery successes are rewarded through buyout offers from larger entities seeking to secure supply of the critical minerals we find.
While we firmly believe in the ability to advance projects more efficiently as a private entity, we continually evaluate timing and metrics for increasing value through a public offering.
Our current imperative is to bring quality projects of scale to the market through early stage mineral exploration and development in jurisdictions representing both strategic supply chain advantages and potential for world class deposits.

Corporate Organization
Incorporation of Management Organization & establishment of IG Asia and its three subsidiaries:
- IG Kazakhstan is the entity that conducts the mineral exploration business in Kazakhstan, managing a pipeline of high potential assets through either joint venture partnerships or its own mineral licences in lithium, copper and gold.
- IG Mongolia holds the TN5 copper, gold, molybdenum property; target is an Oyu Tolgoi (Rio Tinto) large scale “Company Maker” porphyry copper discovery.
- IG Drilling (Kazakhstan) is a diamond drilling company that services IG Asia projects as well as third party drill programs.
